This is a lovely OTTOMAN flintlock holster pistol made to follow European lines, clearly having belonged to someone of significance being so well adorned. It has a lovely wood stock with, which looks like it may originally have been made with all iron fittings. However it has been embellished with a lovely embossed sheet silver wrapping on the muzzle of the barrel, and the butt cap is now of lovely engraved silver
